The Band of Szirtes Edina Mókus
„Music, accompanied by idea, belief and love. Inspired by everything, it’s neither a made-up wannabe – stigmatic or fashionist, and definitely not a poshy showoff. Exclusively music-ish. Amongst its purposes are stopping the time, having people think, evangelizing them to their own humanity, crying and jiggling together. Even if we are freaking out, finding peace in eternal love that supersedes all, that is indeed the only hope till the times go on and on, when we are already…” – Szirtes Edina Mókus

Fabula Rasa
Their eclectic musical atmosphere is inspired by the suroounding folks’ exciting rythms and themes, that are characterized by extremely deep and various emotions. All of these are full of the bands’ classical, jazz and folk musical experiences alongside with modern electric sounds. Szirtes Edina Mókus has not merely composed folk music adaptations; she brings out the most beautiful poems of the classic Hungarian literature – also some fresh melodic lyrics of folk music- in her very own way that fuses numerous influences. Memories of Hungarian, Gypsy, Balkan folk music are swirling around with a lotof improvisation only for one purpose: to crumble down the borderlines in music- and between people equally.

Fabula Rasa Orchestra
We have only one world, but it is full of colours – this simple, but utterly true statement could be the artistic creed of Fabula Rasa Orchestra. The concert promises an indefinite musical journey, meanwhile we don’t even have to know where we are exactly. Accompanied by strings, brass-band and percussions, Fabula Rasa tries to guide us into the plenitude of the most complex musical world as possible, with an Orchestral performance.
